I’m not doing anything to change the colour, i’m just rotating the neuron and the colour is changing on its own, is it supposed to or is this an 'undocumented feature" (bug)?
The segment is being highlighted because you hover over it with your mouse. If you open the “Rendering” tab (where you find all of the segments), you can see that the segment you are hovering over in 3D is also flashing so you know which one it is.
