Pyr Launch Event

We’re venturing into the hippocampus, a brain region critical for learning and memory formation. This is the first of several new datasets coming in 2025.

About the Data
The hippocampal formation is a cluster of specialized deep brain structures involved in memory formation, spatial navigation, and the consolidation of information from short-term to long-term memory. It acts as a hub for integrating sensory input and encoding contextual and episodic experiences. Current investigations into the CA3 region are exploring its role in navigation and pattern perception.

While this first dataset represents a small subregion, our goal is to eventually map the entire hippocampal formation.

To learn more, including how to gain early access, RSVP to a Zoom information session this Friday, January 17th at 11 am US ET / 4 pm GMT . This notification has been sent only to Eyewirers ranked Scout or higher.
