I built a data-only whole-brain model of Drosophila from the FlyWire FAFB v783 connectome (138,639 neurons, 15M synapses) — topology, neuron signs and synaptic weights all come from the data. It supports associative learning, sleep homeostasis, a circadian clock, vision and spiking LIF dynamics through a single Python API.
